What stays in your browser
Text you enter, images you scan or paste, logos and CSV files are processed in your browser. They are not uploaded to our server and are not written to our logs.
The scanner asks for camera access only when you press Use camera. The video stays on your device.
What we record
- Page visits: the page path, the referring site, the device type (mobile or desktop), the country our host derives from the request, and the time.
- Errors: when a script error happens, its message, file and line number.
- Feedback: the message you send with the feedback form and the page you sent it from.
We do not use cookies, advertising or third-party analytics. The site runs on Cloudflare, which processes each request to deliver the page.
Limits of responsibility
The tools are provided as is, without warranty. Test every QR code before you print or share it.
The scanner shows the content of a QR code as text. It does not judge whether a link is safe, and it never opens anything on its own.
